Terms of Service

Welcome to YITI. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they're written to be as plain‑spoken as possible.

1. The service

YITI is an AI‑powered fat‑loss and behavior‑change app. We give you portion guidance from meal photos, progress tracking, and an AI Coach. We are not a medical device. YITI is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, dietitian, or licensed clinician.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use YITI. If you have an eating disorder history, are pregnant or nursing, or have a medical condition affected by diet, consult your clinician before using the app.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at support@yiti.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• The Free plan is free forever, limited to 3 scans per day.
• Pro and Pro+ are billed monthly or annually through the App Store or Google Play.
• New Pro users get a 7‑day full‑feature trial. You can cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
• Refunds are handled per Apple's and Google's store policies.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service. That means: no reverse engineering the AI, no scraping, no uploading unlawful content, no using YITI to harass others, and no attempts to compromise the security of the platform.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the meal photos and notes you upload. You grant YITI a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service. Meal photos are deleted after 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

YITI is provided "as is." Portion estimates are AI‑generated and may be wrong; you're responsible for the final decision about what and how much to eat. Individual results vary.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YITI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in‑app at least 14 days before they take effect.
